"Wil’s sessions with the team at David Luke have brought so much to our Wellbeing Programme. We have staff who are sedentary all day in front of a computer screen and some who carry out a lot of manual handling as part of their job. Wil has introduced many different exercises to help support the different needs people have.

Providing the opportunity to develop exercise and relaxation skills to both people who already had experience and others who had never participated in this kind of activity before, Wil has been able to appeal to the whole spectrum. He has an ability to connect with everyone and his sessions have been very popular.
