Stretch Yourself is a new class aimed at people who don't have full range of movement. This generally means people who do sports without thorough stretching or people who lead sedentary lifestyles. The class is suitable for absolute beginners looking to get active and experienced athletes who are looking to maintain/increase their range of movement.
Stretch Yourself will help you become more aware of your posture, stretch the whole body and strengthen vital stabalising muscles. I am a qualified Yoga instructor with a keen interest in sharing what I have learned in a no nonsense way.
I have spent a long time working on my own posture after spending years snowboarding without ever stretching – I had a lot of work to do and there’s still plenty to work at!
The first class is in Cheadle at the Drill Hall on Monday night 7pm – 7:45pm. It’s only £4 with the option to pay £6 and also attend PiYo® LIVE with Nat straight after!
